The home comprises an open-plan kitchen/diner and a spacious sitting room with floor-to-ceiling windows that open out to the balcony that overlooks the garden. There are four double bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms, plus a new family bathroom with a large bath and shower. Having recently bought the property its current owners are carefully restoring the building to its former original state by stripping back 1980s and 90s interventions.

The house is situated in a unique location in the New Forest, surrounded by trees and less than a 20-minute walk to the Beaulieu — a historic village with dining, shopping, and of course the Beaulieu Motor Museum. From there, you can easily access Bucklers Hard Marina on foot or reach the beach within a few minutes by car. The New Forest is a fantastic place for nature lovers and history enthusiasts alike. This enchanting national park offers a unique blend of ancient woodlands, heathlands, and picturesque landscapes, making it an ideal retreat for tourists seeking tranquillity and natural beauty. Outdoor activities abound in the New Forest. Take leisurely walks or bike rides along the numerous trails, immersing yourself in the peaceful ambience of the forest. Additionally, in the vicinity of the house, you'll find notable architectural properties like Spence House (Basil Spence, 1961) and Tukal (Seymour Harris, 1962).
